Product pricing and description

Inspite of this slight variations in items may occur. We provide you with product information on www.heritagepress.co.uk. If any further clarification is required or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact our Customer Services team on: info@heritagepress.co.uk.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on www.heritagepress.co.uk are accurate at the time of placing your order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced we will contact you by email or phone to advise and accept liability and may claim the difference in payment.
If you have made a purchase of an incorrect product please contact us immediately by email notify us on info@heritagepress.co.uk. We will endeavour to send out the correct product if the price paid is the same.
Payments and processing of invoices
Heritage Press has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Heritage Press prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. Unless credit term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by credit/debit card or via Paypal. Heritage Press has full discretion to cancel or deny any orders it deems unsuitable.
Please be aware that if you are using Paypal as your payment method we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.
The shipping/dispatching of any products will only follow receipt of payment for the full amount due for each order.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order.
Once items have been dispatched for shipping we cannot change the address.
Orders placed before the specified cut off time will be processed and delivered as per your request, providing further security checks are not required and all goods are available.
We make every effort to deliver the goods promptly after your order has been accepted. However, Heritage Press will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a place deemed to be safe or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered the risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.
Refund Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws.
If a full or partial refund is applicable, there will be a fee charged of 3.4% of the total price paid.
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us via the ‘Contact Us’ page or by email at info@heritagepress.co.uk. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility; if the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you.
Faulty product
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival you must notify us within 28 days of receipt of the item.
If the goods are less than 28 days old you have the option of a refund or direct replacement.
If the good are over 28 days old we will test the product for the fault. If the faulty is verified we will:
If we are unable to resolve the purported issue with the item in question we will replace it with the same item.
If we are unable to replace it, we will issue a refund in line with our refund policy as stated above.
If the goods you have returned are not found to be faulty by our staff, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Wrong item delivered
If we mistakenly supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us within 10 days. The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions.
Once we have received the goods back at Heritage Press we will confirm that it is in fact an incorrect item and either replace with the correct item or issue a refund.
Extra item delivered
If, by mistake we supply you with extra items you must notify us immediately.
If you do not adhere to this procedure and are found to be in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods.
Fraud
Fraudulent activities are monitored greatly in our site, if fraud is detected Heritage Press shall resort to all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.
Data protection
Heritage Press will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure and we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. They aim to represent the product with as much accuracy as is possible.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
Protecting your security
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we may validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.
By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
During security checks we may ask for additional information or documentation to help support the data you supplied.
Acknowledgement of rights
You hereby acknowledge that all rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to rights covered by the Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the site, and that You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Warranty
All new goods supplied by Heritage Press have a 28 day warranty period from the date the goods are delivered. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If new goods develop a defect during the one month warranty period, you should contact us immediately through the website or via e-mail, on info@heritagepress.co.uk
Limitations of liability
Heritage Press will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by the Supplier or by its employees or agents;
Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.
